STRIVE Mentorship Program

STRIVE is a mentoring program for seniors at Fairmont High School in the lower quartile of their class with an emphasis on preparing for post-graduation opportunities and responsibilities while working to improve grade point average. Kettering Rotarians mentor and encourage students by sharing their experiences, knowledge, and advice to motivate and inspire students to make the most of their senior year. Student making the greatest progress are awarded scholarships from Kettering Rotary.
