How has you life changed under the Covid-19 virus?

Life has become even more reflective as society struggle to rush back to ‘normal’ I am trying to reflect on what part of ‘normal’ is worth rushing back to.

Gardening, bee keeping , grandchildren, my wife all are sources of inspiration and awe that I find myself increasingly be grateful for.

from Don Walls:Andy here is some information for the news letter if you think it newsworthy.  The most interesting or famous people I have ever crossed paths with were when I drove for Cy Laughter at the Bogie Busters.  I was coaching at Oakwood at the time and Cy's kids and grandkids went to Oakwood so he liked having Oakwood teachers to drive his guests around.  Some were real jerks like Andy Williams and Buffalo Bob Smith who was on the Howdy Doody Show.  Some of the nicest were people from the sports world such as Digger Phelps who at that time was Notre Dame's men's basketball coach, Johnny Bench was great, Isaac Curtis and Reggie Williams of the Bengals were nice also.  Bob Hope was always a favorite, but Cy always drove him around.  I did meet President Gerald Ford in 1976.  My father in law at that time was President of the Mountain State Forest Festival in West Virginia.  This is the largest festival and parade in West Virginia.  Our son at the time was 6 years old and of course his grandpa wanted him to ride in the parade with him.  So before the parade, we took our son to the staging area to get into the cars and I met our President.  I don't think he was interested in me, but more interested in the coon skin hat they gave him to wear.  As far as books, I like most books on sports, my favorite book was They Call me Coach by Woody Hayes, who is one of my favorite coaches of all time.  I also enjoy books about horses and horse racing.  My two favorite movies are the Green Mile, and Shawshank Redemption.

Now that you have the idea, does anyone else have input?

Here is my (Andy) daughter, son in law and grandkids in Switzerland.
