What's Up With the Weather?

Our weather patterns are changing. But the changes we experience depend greatly on where we live. In this presentation, we will discuss the observed changes in temperature and precipitation over recent decades, from a global overview to local changes right here in Ohio. We will highlight the key climate-related challenges facing our rural and urban communities including water quantity and quality, impacts on farms and gardens, and community health. We will end our discussion on individual and collective ways of adapting to these changes.
