How leaders communicate in tough times for reliance and results

Shawn consults with systems and coaches leaders in sustainable high-performance: 

with a passion for understanding and facilitating constructive peak performance; 

with a doctorate in psychology and as a member of the Society of Consulting Psychologists; 

with ongoing training in organizational psychology, coaching, and leadership; 

and with experience working in systems developing well-being, teaming, and leadership development.

 

Brief description of topic:

We will take a look at those we are leading/engaging during tough times (could be your team, your direct report, your spouse, child, or friend), and what communication is a priority.

Secondly, we will take a look at a leadership and communication strategy that is especially needed during tough times.

Finally, we will provide an opportunity for participants to use the Tiny Habits method for creating a personal habit for strengthening communications during tough times.
