Brief description of topic:
We will take a look at those we are leading/engaging during tough times (could be your team, your direct report, your spouse, child, or friend), and what communication is a priority.
Secondly, we will take a look at a leadership and communication strategy that is especially needed during tough times.
Finally, we will provide an opportunity for participants to use the Tiny Habits method for creating a personal habit for strengthening communications during tough times.
