Jennifer Brill - Attorney (Nicole Hunter)
Medical Marijuana in the Workplace

Ms. Brill has presented to Chambers of Commerce, Safety Meetings and employers, large and small on the legal ramifications of Medical marijuana in the workplace - how it can impact your business, employees and liability. Don't miss this presentation about a subject that is in constant flux and changing rapidly. Every business needs to understand this law and what it means.

For over fifteen years, Jennifer and Nicole have defended employers in workers’ compensation and employment related claims. They represent and counsel various national clients, including industrial leasing, skilled temporary companies, heavy equipment operators, restaurants, construction companies, foundries, health care facilities, manufacturers, and factories regarding employment and workers’ compensation matters. In addition to defending clients in the Common Pleas and Appellate Courts of Ohio and Kentucky, they represent employers in front of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission.

Jennifer and Nicole routinely present at Ohio Chambers of Commerce meetings and Bureau of Workers’ Compensation safety seminars. They also provide seminars for employers, industry trade groups, and third-party administrators across the state. Jennifer and Nicole were repeat speakers in March at the 2019 Ohio BWC Safety Congress in Columbus, where they educated attendees on drug testing and other workers’ compensation issues.

Jennifer and Nicole also represent insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes, defends auto and personal injury actions, and defends businesses and employers in product liability, discrimination, construction, employment, contractual, manufacturing, and other disputes.
