The speaker Taryn Filer has been an employee of the Washington-Centerville Public Library since 2017. She holds a B.A in Psychology from Wright State University, and an MLIS from Kent State University. She is an Adult Services Specialist and enjoys working with the public. In addition to assisting with Speakers Bureau programs, she coordinates the Uncorked book discussion at Rumbleseat Wine, assists with Genealogy Interest Group classes, and helps in various tech classes for adults. When her head is not in a book, she can be found wherever her new dog, Lewis, is.
