Bill Tschirhart {CHEERHART} is the Chief of Administration for Five Rivers MetroParks . Bill is responsible for the finance, human resources, information technology, marketing and business operations for the park district. He lives in Kettering with his wife, two children and two dogs who love visiting Hills & Dales MetroPark as often as possible. Bill will speak about the many opportunities to get out and explore a MetroPark near you.
